KEYS & ENTRY
There are two ways to enter the property:
- Lockbox: A set of keys is in the lockbox to the right of the brown wood gate.
- Keypad: Used on the door around the corner from the main entrance. When you enter the property you will see the main door which you can use keys to open. If you turn the corner, you will see another door with the keypad.
Entry codes are sent through Airbnb before check-in. Use the Airbnb message thread if anything looks different at the gate.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Trash: Please take out any trash bags from the kitchen only to the outdoor trash bins.
- Linens: Please leave the sheets on the bed upon check out and place all dirty towels in the shower.
- Power: Please turn out the lights when you leave and turn off the air conditioning/heater, along with any appliances.
- Security: Lock all doors behind you along with all windows and please return the keys to the lockbox.
Damages: Please report any damages or issues during your stay through Airbnb so they can be addressed promptly.
Feedback: A quick review after checkout helps future guests know what to expect from the bungalow.
Future Reservations: If you enjoyed your stay and would like to make a future reservation, the Airbnb listing is the best place to check availability and book another visit.
Vehicles
PARKING
The driveway fits one car comfortably. There are also three street spots on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house. The street is quiet and parking is never an issue. If you're arriving without a car, rideshares work great from this location.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the home. The deck and outdoor areas are fine.
NO PARTIES
No parties or events. We love a good time, but the neighbors do too.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours after 10 PM. The cul-de-sac is peaceful, let's keep it that way.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome. Just let us know in advance and keep them off the furniture.
ART & DECOR
Please don't move the art or instruments. They're in their happy places.
LOCK UP
Lock up when you leave. The neighborhood is safe, but it's still LA.

We take coffee seriously. You'll find everything you need to make a great cup your way. There's also a full kitchen with all the basics for cooking in.
Stocked for you
Coffee beans, tea, sugar, cream, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices are provided. The closest grocery store is Ralphs (7257 W Sunset Blvd), about a 5-minute drive.

Meet Howard, our vintage upright piano. He isn't just decoration—you are more than welcome to play him. We only ask that you play him gently and lovingly, as he is an older, delicate instrument. Put on a record, flip through the books, and make yourself at home.
